The second one has been fitted too high , no discharge pipework , above an electrical junction box and no number 2 isolation valve .

Inncorrect RPZ Valve installation x 2
Don`t rely on your installer fitting the RPZ Valve . In this example there are 2 valves which are both fitted incorrectly . The have been fitted this year and now they need refitting .
